SEFE Storage supports inclusive theatre group Irrlichter
As part of its CSR activities, SEFE Storage supported the inclusive theatre group Irrlichter of Visionstheater Kassel e. V. with a donation. Managing Director Dr. Thomas Michael Ruttmann personally presented the donation cheque to the organisers and members of the theatre group.
“As a company, we are deeply rooted in the region and want to support initiatives where people make a meaningful contribution to society through their dedication and commitment. Irrlichter Theatre demonstrates impressively how inclusion can be lived in practice and how genuine encounters on equal footing can be created. We are pleased to support this valuable work through our donation,” said Dr. Thomas Michael Ruttmann during the presentation.
Theatre that brings people together
Since its foundation in 2009, Theatre Irrlichter has stood for a simple yet powerful idea: creating great theatre together while naturally bringing people with and without disabilities together. The group is led by special education teachers Nina Israng and Nina Hines. Through creativity, mutual respect and a shared passion for performance, the ensemble creates unique theatrical experiences and meaningful encounters that help break down barriers and bring inclusion to life.
At the bar with Wilhelm and Jacob
And the ensemble certainly has no shortage of exciting projects. The group is already working on a new production inspired by the fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm. Under the working title “At the Bar with Wilhelm and Jacob”, the Irrlichter ensemble is developing its own unique interpretation of the famous stories. A first teaser is scheduled to be presented next year following the world art exhibition Documenta in Kassel.
We are looking forward to seeing the unexpected twists and turns that Wilhelm and Jacob will experience on stage and wish the entire ensemble every success with their rehearsals.
